The purchase-sale will not be considered formalized nor will the delivery take place until the person to whom the lot was knocked down has paid the total amount invoiced for the work of art and remaining amounts due by him.
Rights and Duties
The successful bidder of the lot is responsible for the payment
of any right and duty that may be demanded by the legislation in
force in the Republic of Cuba or by the laws of the countries through
which it should go in transit, and in the country where the knocked-down
lot will remain definitively. Consequently, it is his responsibility
to check the applicable rights and duties that may be added to the
lot before bidding for it.
The credit card to be used for payments to SubastaHabana Auction
House cannot be one issued by a bank of the United States or purchased
for the most part by United States capital, even if located outside
the territory of the United States of America.
